"We were waiting in the lobby 15 minutes before 11:00. the pickup time, expecting the driver to come inside. He didn't. Then we waited outside and I called the company. We left at 11:30.
Though the driver announced to us that we could stop if we needed to, it would have been thoughtful of the company to offer each of us at least a bottle of water for what we paid for the ride.
